Roosevelt Walker, a native Arkansan married the former Benita J. Blood in 1988. They are the parents of two young adult sons, Roosevelt Jr. (Kristen) and Zachary (Dorinda) and the proud grandparents of a grandson and two granddaughters. Roosevelt holds a Doctorate of Ministry with a concentration in Formational Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio; a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University, Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
